I believe Interesting NPCs has a few of both. Some people aren't keen on her but i found her and her quest good. For Argonians theres Khash who's a teenage non Waifu follower. Each has something to offer in terms of personality, combat prowess, and level of support, making them invaluable when things start getting a bit too rough.
